Our Spring 2025 production is Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare.
Performances are Wednesday 30th April, Thursday 1st, Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd May at 7.30pm.
Please join The High Tor Players for this classic play. Along with our relaxed performance we are also offering reduced price £5 tickets for Under 18s, to continue our pledge to provide inclusive theatre.
Following on from our successful relaxed performance of Pride & Prejudice, we are thrilled to offer a relaxed performance of Much Ado About Nothing at 2pm on Saturday 3rd May. This performance is for members of the local community who otherwise may not be able to access culture and the arts. We especially welcome people with visible and non visible disabilities (and their carers), people within the Derbyshire Dales care community and anyone who may find a standard theatre visit overwhelming. If you would like more information about this performance please contact Alicia on 07832 203999.

We perform 2-3 times a year either touring villages local to Matlock and Matlock itself or performing at one location. We welcome people of all ages whether you are interested in acting, directing, lighting, sound, stage managing, props or front of house. Here are the comments from someone who joined recently:
"I don’t know whether the meeting is an appropriate point/time, but I did want to record somewhere how great the group is for new members such as myself. Everyone has been so welcoming, something that is certainly not the case with all groups. Knowing this might just encourage others to become involved. If you could thank everyone for me, that would be tremendous."
